Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind ?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges- all sales are final. Please double-check all details, including your billing and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

How can I make sure I order the right size ?

We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before making your section, as we do not offer exchanges.

Can I track my order ?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link provided in the email, enter your tracking number and click "track" to check your shipments progress.

When will my order arrive ? 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing and verification. After that, delivery may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for standard shipping or 2 business days for expedited shipping. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to assist you.

Why do my billing and shipping addresses need to match ?

To help prevent credit card fraud, we require that your billing and shipping addresses be the same.

Can I purchase items that aren't listed on the website ?
